The Structure

The DRIP Instructor Certification is a 200-hour immersive program divided into two phases. Designed to develop technically skilled, athletically strong, and schedule-ready instructors.

This is structured education paired with real performance experience, comprehensive training, and applied teaching experience.

PHASE 1 (100 hours in 30 days)

50 Hours — Live Group Training (In-Studio)
Advanced anatomy
Strategic programming
Intelligent sequencing
Musicality and timing
Commanding room presence

25 DRIP Classes — (In-Studio & Online)
A combination of taking and observing classes to study the method from both the client and coach perspective. Develop a deeper understanding of pacing, transitions, and energy management.

25 Hours — Practice, 1:1 Mentorship, Self Study (In-Studio & Online)
A combination of self practice in the studio, online self study, watching videos, programming, playing, reading materials and quizzes.
Direct coaching from DRIP Expert & Master Instructors.

PHASE 2

DRIP Residency — 100 Applied Teaching Classes
Following Week 4, trainees who meet performance standards will advance into DRIP Residency.
These first 100 classes on schedule are included within the 200-hour certification framework and serve as structured, supported, real-world application.

During Residency:

  • Instructors are paid at full instructor rate

  • Receive continued mentorship and evaluation

  • Refine performance under live conditions

Education + Repetition + Performance = 200 Hours

Certification

Certification is performance-based.

Trainees must pass a final evaluation after 200 hour program demonstrating:

  • Effective programming

  • Room leadership

Graduation from Instructor Certification includes continued placement on the DRIP schedule.
