Note from our founders—both mothers and Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Specialists.
This membership comes from lived experience and professional expertise. Between us, we’ve experienced singleton and twin pregnancies, vaginal births, and C-section births. We moved through every DRIP format while pregnant ourselves and built these accommodations because we wanted to continue the same workouts, feel strong in our bodies, and stay connected to our community, even as our bodies were changing.
Through pregnancy and postpartum, we learned that movement is not one-size-fits-all. Needs shift day to day, and no single class or approach works every time. The DUE Membership is built to meet you where you are, with flexibility and expert guidance as your body evolves.
We leaned on the DRIP community deeply during our own journeys, and we want you to feel that same connection and support during this new and different chapter.
We designed this because it is how we loved to drip during our prenatal/postpartum journeys and we’re honored to share it with you.

DUE is for women who:
Want to stay strong, capable, and athletic throughout pregnancy
Value continuity in their workouts, not starting over
Are motivated to train with awareness, not fear
Want to feel empowered in their bodies as they evolve
Women who are not looking to be treated as fragile.
But are looking to be supported, coached, and challenged appropriately.
DUE is NOT for women who:
Want a completely separate or “easier” version of fitness
Prefer highly specialized, isolated prenatal-only workouts
Want to avoid effort, intensity, or progression altogether

Pregnancy loss is a profound and deeply personal experience that can affect both physical and emotional well-being. The DUE community recognizes that pregnancy loss is more common than many people realize, and we remain committed to supporting mothers whose pregnancy journey does not end in a living child.
We understand that this experience can be incredibly difficult to talk about. If you experience a loss and are not ready to share details, you can simply text us a butterfly 🦋. This will let our team know to quietly remove you from pregnancy-related forums and ensure we can support you in the most thoughtful and respectful way.
Following a loss, the body transitions from pregnancy into a postpartum state. Your DUE specialist will continue to support you with compassionate care and guidance, creating space for your body and mind to heal at your own pace.
Please know that you are not alone. The DUE and DRIP community strive to remain a safe and supportive space for you during this time.
Community Spaces
If participating in pregnancy-related community groups feels difficult or triggering after a loss, you are always welcome to step away.
Participants may leave WhatsApp groups by selecting “Exit Group” in the group settings. If you would prefer, a member of the DUE team can also assist with removing you from these groups.
Additional Support
Grief support can be an important part of the healing process.
Nicole M. is available for 15–30 minute support sessions for members who would like additional guidance during this time. These sessions are intended as supportive conversations and are not psychotherapy.
Nicole specializes in grief and bereavement and has personal experience with recurrent pregnancy loss. If additional care is needed, she can also help connect members with trusted therapists or support groups.
Our Commitment
DUE is committed to meeting you where you are. Whether you choose to pause, continue movement at a gentle pace, or take time away, we will support your decisions with care, empathy, and respect.
Your healing — both physical and emotional — matters to us. 🤍

Yes, and that’s completely expected. Pregnancy and postpartum place very different demands on your body, so your fitness journey will evolve accordingly.
During pregnancy, the focus is on supporting your changing body, maintaining strength, and moving safely. Postpartum, the emphasis shifts to rebuilding strength, restoring core and pelvic floor function, and gradually progressing intensity based on your recovery and goals.
Your DUE experts will guide you through each phase with personalized programming, appropriate modifications, and thoughtful progressions, so your movement always meets you where you are.
