RESIST is a 50-minute low-impact, full-body sculpt class that sits right in the middle of training and recovery. No weights, just resistance props amplifying your bodyweight as the primary resistance source.  Designed around isolating one muscle group at a time and holding it under continuous tension until it fails metabolically.

Every class follows the same 4-phase burnout sequence, repeated across 7 working blocks, hitting legs, core, arms, and obliques. High intensity, low impact, and designed to stay on the mat, no jumping, no traveling, maximum time on the surface beneath you.

RESIST X REDLIGHT

The red light mat beneath you works to repair tissue in real time, so you're breaking down and recovering in the very same class. Red light therapy is associated with boosting collagen in the skin, and reducing inflammation to relieve joint and muscle pain.

HEATED RESIST

Infrared warmth helps loosen muscles and increase blood flow before you even start, so you sink deeper into each hold, sweat more, and push your metabolic burn further, all while the low-impact format keeps joint stress at zero.
