INSTRUCTOR TRAININGS

If you have ever daydreamt about helping others through fitness, we would love to work with you.

Our instructors are our family. We do everything we can to empower, support, and invest in our team, and we have high standards for who we bring into our tight-knit community of incredible, loving people, both clients and employees.

We are continuing to build out our team of creative, passionate, and dedicated instructors. No past experience necessary. All of the training is done in house by our team of MASTER, SENIOR and EXPERT instructors.

You must take at least 10 classes at our Eau Gallie studio (or in NJ), before applying (even if REFORM is not your preferred format). If you don’t like taking the class, you won’t like coaching it. If it is hard for you to complete 10 classes it will be almost impossible for you to complete training.

If you have interviewed with us before, you do not need to schedule an interview again, but please fill out the latest submission form so that we have your updated availability when we post that we are hiring for your preferred location.

No-shows for scheduled interviews are not eligible for rescheduling.

Last day of interviews will be March 14th, 2026.

Trainings will take place through April and May 2026.
