Warm-up
The warm-up runs as two timed halves. Note what you'll flow through in each — this will show up on the timer as a reminder during class.
Cool down
Cool down runs as a single timed block. Flow through whatever stretches feel right and finish class with a drip clap. Use this time to adjust for ending class on time — if you need to shorten to finish on time, shorten the cool down.
