pilates inspired flow of controlled movements meets the fast paced, high repetitions of barre burnouts to bring muscles to exertion. Creating an emphasis on intense core work while targeting different muscle focuses every day to effectively and progressively build new muscle, feeling the difference day to day and week to week.

EQUIPMENT

bala beams (15 lbs), bala bars (3lbs), dumbbells, pilates ring, pilates ball, bands, blocks, hero boards. Grip socks or barefoot.
