CYCLE

40 minutes of straight cycle

CYCLE X CORE

40 minutes on the bike + 5 minutes of abs on the mat

CYCLE X ABS & ASS

35 minutes cycle + 10 minutes abs & ass sculpt on the mat

CYCLE X ARMS

45 minutes cycle with weighted wrist weights (2 lbs)

EQUIPMENT

Bike, light dumbbells, bands. Cycling shoes are required and are available complimentary at the studio.
